THE WEIGHT
SPEAKS FOR
ITSELF.
Every oversized jogger begins with premium cotton — the same French Terry and Brushed Fleece base used across our hoodies and crewnecks. Not a blend, not a compromise, available across three distinct weight tiers.
Premium cotton loop-back construction with a smooth outer face and a soft terry reverse. Delivers the structure, breathability, and natural hand-feel that holds a premium fit wash after wash.
Dense cotton fleece with a mechanically raised interior that gives genuine warmth and body. The structured drape and rich hand-feel that only natural cotton fibre delivers — obvious the moment it's picked up.
Stone washed process available across the range, giving the joggers a soft hand-feel and a faded, vintage tone. A finish that adds character and depth to the color — the kind of detail that sets streetwear merch apart from a plain basic jogger.
Elasticated self-fabric waistband with drawstring. Double-needle stitching throughout. Pre-shrunk for dimensional stability. Every unit QC-verified against spec before packing.
Custom GSM fabrication available on Cotton, Cotton-Polyester & Polyester fabrics — specify your target weight and we'll develop to spec.
Fabric Weight — Where Does 450–500gsm Sit?
Fabric weight determines how a jogger drapes, holds its waistband and leg shape, and resists distortion over repeated washes. At 450–500gsm in premium cotton, a jogger stops being a commodity and becomes the product itself — the weight and hand-feel your customer notices before they even check the label.
Fit Engineering
THREE FITS.
ONE RANGE.
Oversized jogger runs on its own dedicated set of fit blocks — three distinct fits, pattern-engineered and graded in-house, each suited to a different read on leg shape and bottom closure.
The standard jogger fit — a regular leg that tapers gradually from the thigh down to a slim, closed bottom. The elasticated self-fabric waistband and ankle cuff are gathered from the same fabric, not a separate ribbed panel.
| Size | Outseam | Waist (1 Side) | Inseam |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 106 | 34 | 76 |
| M | 108.5 | 36 | 78 |
| L | 111 | 38 | 80 |
| XL | 113.5 | 40 | 82 |
All measurements in CM
Noticeably wider through the thigh and calf than the Classic fit, holding its width straight down the leg rather than tapering — then gathered into the same self-fabric elasticated cuff at the ankle for a closed, boxy fit.
| Size | Length | Waist | Thigh | Leg Opening |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 102 | 31 | 40 | — |
| M | 104 | 33 | 41 | — |
| L | 106 | 35 | 42 | 11.5 |
| XL | 108 | 39 | 43 | — |
All measurements in CM · Cuffed, gathered bottom
A wide, straight-cut leg that holds its width all the way down rather than gathering at the ankle — open leg with a slight flare at the bottom. Available with a finished (folded/topstitched) or raw-edge hem, confirmed against your Tech-Pack.
| Size | Length | Waist | Thigh | Leg Opening |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 104 | 31 | 37 | 28.5 |
| M | 106 | 33 | 38 | 29.5 |
| L | 108 | 35 | 39 | 30.5 |
| XL | 111 | 37 | 40 | 31.5 |
All measurements in CM · Open leg
Your spec. Your proportions. Our pattern team develops an exclusive block to your exact leg shape, rise, and bottom closure, available on request.

Construction Detail
THE DETAILS
THAT MAKE IT.
Premium cotton, precision-graded fits, in-house production from cut to pack. Here's the construction detail that runs across the oversized jogger range.
Every fit in the range uses a self-fabric waistband with internal elastic — built from the same fabric as the body of the jogger, not a separate ribbed insert, for a clean, consistent finish.
A flat woven drawstring threads through the waistband on all three fits, giving wearers an adjustable fit over the relaxed elastic base.
Classic and Boxy Wide Leg fits close with a self-fabric cuff gathered by internal elastic at the ankle. The Flared fit stays open through the bottom, available finished or raw-edge per your Tech-Pack.
Waist, hip and leg opening are graded consistently across all available fabric weights, so sizing stays predictable whichever GSM you choose.
Hip, back-pocket and side-leg placements are mapped in advance, so your artwork lands exactly where you expect it — confirmed before production, not guessed at.
Embellishment Options
EVERY FINISH.
ONE FACILITY.
Embellishment work is handled in-house, keeping quality and communication under one roof from start to finish.
The backbone of streetwear graphics. Our screens deliver sharp registration and color depth across high-volume runs on premium cotton.
Stitch work that elevates a garment from printed to crafted. Handles everything from tight logo placement on the hip to textured statement pieces on a stable cotton surface.
Built for complex, multi-color artwork that screen printing cannot achieve. Photo-realistic reproduction with a soft hand-feel — ideal for detailed graphic drops and limited-edition pieces.
A versatile finishing option for brands adding dimension, shine, or visibility to their pieces. Works seamlessly alongside other embellishment techniques for layered results.

Why It Matters
WHAT YOU LOSE
WITH A MIDDLEMAN.
Every layer between you and our factory costs margin, control, and response time. Here is what dealing direct actually means for your business.
Sourcing through agents and intermediaries adds cost at every layer — before a garment reaches you, a meaningful portion of your margin has already been absorbed. Dealing direct keeps that margin where it belongs: in your business or your retail price.
When a middleman places your order, your QC requirements get translated, diluted, and sometimes ignored. Direct communication with our production team means your spec is the spec.
Color variation and fabric weight inconsistency between batches are common in sourced production chains. Our dyeing facility and in-house pattern QC work together to keep each order as close to the last as the production process allows.
Direct factory communication means your inquiries are handled by the production team, not passed through intermediaries. This typically results in faster turnaround on quotes, sample development, and initial order fulfilment.
How It Works
FROM INQUIRY
TO DELIVERY.
A clear, no-surprise production process. Every order starts with a sample — and we have built our workflow around exactly that.
Share your tech pack or tell us about your project — fit, fabric weight, color direction, embellishment, and estimated quantity. Our team will review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation based on your specifications.
Based on your Tech-Pack, we develop proto samples in available fabrics and colorways. These establish the fit, construction, and finish for your approval.
Once proto samples are approved, we develop pre-production (PP) samples — the final confirmation before the production run begins. Your signed-off PP sample becomes the QC benchmark for the full order.
Full production runs in-house with cross-batch size and quality checks at every stage. Every unit is measured and verified against your approved PP sample before packing.
Before the order ships, shipment samples are drawn from the production run for final inspection. Once confirmed, we coordinate export documentation and freight to your destination.
