Fabric Development & Knitting

In-house knitting of French Terry, Brushed Fleece, Waffle, and Cotton Jersey fabrics with adjustable GSM options. Each fabric roll is tested for shrinkage, tensile strength, and texture stability before processing.

Dyeing & Finishing

Pantone-matched dyeing using controlled temperature systems ensures perfect shade accuracy. Optional enzyme and silicone washes provide a smoother, more refined surface feel.

Cutting & Pattern Accuracy

Precision cutting using auto-spreaders and digital markers for both oversized and regular-fit garments. All panels are hand-verified for balance, symmetry, and consistency before stitching.

Stitching & Construction

Dedicated sewing lines equipped with flatlock, overlock, and coverstitch machines. Each product line is managed under a lean workflow system to ensure efficiency and consistent stitch quality.

Printing & Embroidery

Fully equipped in-house print studio offering: Screen print • Puff print • DTG • Heat transfer • 3D embroidery. All techniques are tested for color retention and durability after wash.

Quality Control & Final Inspection

A multi-stage inspection process monitors quality from fabric to packing. Each garment passes AQL-level testing for stitching accuracy, measurements, and finishing standards.

Packing & Dispatch

Garments are folded, tagged, and poly-packed as per client specifications. Final shipments are packed in export-ready cartons with full labeling, barcodes, and documentation for smooth global delivery.
