Each stage of production is managed within our manufacturing facility, providing greater visibility, consistency, and process control throughout the production cycle. From fabric development and cutting to sewing, embellishment, and final inspection, each order follows one coordinated workflow under the same management. This integrated approach helps maintain quality, improve traceability, and support consistent results from sampling through bulk production.

THE FABRIC
DECIDES EVERYTHING.
Key cotton and cotton-blend fabrics are developed in-house around defined GSM, structure and hand-feel requirements. For Sportswear, A-grade polyester and performance fabrics are sourced to specified construction and weight requirements, while specialized aramid fabrics are sourced for our protective Riding Gear collection. This approach gives us greater control over the fabric characteristics that influence fit, finish and consistency from sampling through repeat production.
A-grade 100% cotton, knit in-house for a dense, substantial hand-feel built for oversized streetwear styles.
A smooth, solid face over a deep-brushed interior — warm against the skin, clean on the outside.
A-grade single-jersey construction across four weights — from a breathable 250gsm for warm-climate drops to a substantial 400gsm heavyweight, used in the boxy tee range.
Ribbed waistband and cuffs. Double-needle stitching throughout. Pre-shrunk for dimensional stability. Every unit QC-verified against spec before packing.
Stone washed process available across the range, giving the fabric a soft hand-feel and a faded, vintage tone. A finish that adds character and depth to the color — the kind of detail that sets streetwear merch apart from a plain basic tee.
Cotton-poly blend fleece knit in-house for the Core Collection — balanced weight, consistent hand-feel, and reliable reorder quality across every batch.
Performance fleece in 100% polyester — lightweight, pill-resistant, and built for sportswear and athletic collections where breathability and durability matter.
Polyester interlock for performance tees and singlets — double-knit construction, smooth face, consistent stretch recovery. Available in different patterns.
A 4-way stretch polyester-spandex blend built for shape retention and structured recovery under repeated movement — ideal for American football uniforms, compression layers, and other performance-fit applications where the fabric needs to move with the athlete, not against them.
Kevlar® aramid fiber, sourced from Arclin-authorized converter. Kevlar® has been trusted in protective apparel for decades — we reinforce it into the high-impact zones of jeans, cargos, hoodies, and flannels: hips, knees, elbows, and shoulders.
Custom GSM fabrication available on Cotton, Cotton-Polyester & Polyester fabrics — specify your target weight and we'll develop to spec.

EMBELLISHMENT BUILT

From screen printing and embroidery to DTG, DTF, sublimation and specialist applications, each technique is executed to approved artwork, placement and color requirements. Integrated with garment production, the process supports consistent branding from sampling through bulk production.
Screen printing in high-density (thicker, raised ink) or low-density (thin, flat finish) — bold colors that fully cover the fabric, no fading or see-through.
Raised, textured prints with real dimension and presence.
Direct-to-garment for full-color, photo-grade detail.
Direct-to-film transfers — durable, vivid, versatile.
Structured, tactile branding for a premium finish.
All-over color and pattern fused directly into the fabric — vibrant, wash-resistant, and suited to polyester and performance fabrics.
