Every oversized boxy tee starts with the same A-grade premium cotton jersey base, offered across four distinct fabric weights — so the weight and drape can be matched to your specific collection or season. A poly interlock and poly mesh option is also available for styles requiring all-over sublimation printing.
A-grade cotton jersey at its lightest weight. Soft drape, breathable hand-feel — suited to warm-climate drops and layering pieces.
A balance of structure and softness. Holds the boxy fit better than the lightest weight while staying breathable for everyday wear.
Noticeably more substantial in the hand. Holds the dropped-shoulder fit with minimal cling, closer to the weight streetwear buyers associate with quality tees.
The heaviest weight in the tee range. Maximum structure and drape retention for the most substantial feel in the collection.
Polyester-based construction developed specifically for all-over sublimation printing, where cotton jersey isn't compatible. Available in interlock or mesh, matched to your artwork.

Regardless of fabric weight, every Oversized T-Shirt is developed with the same A-grade cotton jersey, precision-graded sizing and fully in-house production from cutting to final packing.
Every fit in the range uses a dropped shoulder seam, set past the natural shoulder line — the drop varies by fit, from the True Boxy Fit's maximum drop to the REP Oversized Fit's more tailored line.
Ribbed trim at the neckline — self-color or contrast — engineered to hold its shape and resist stretching out of position through repeated wear and wash.
Chest, back and sleeve placements are mapped in advance, so your artwork lands exactly where you expect it — confirmed before production, not guessed at.
Stone washed process available across the range, giving the t-shirt a soft hand-feel and a faded, vintage tone.

Some need premium blanks ready for their own branding or decoration, while others want the complete garment developed and finished as part of one production program. Both routes offer flexibility in fit, fabric and color, allowing you to work from our established specifications or develop the product around your own Tech-Pack or product specification.

From screen printing and embroidery to DTG and DTF, each technique is executed to approved artwork, placement and color requirements. Chest, back, sleeve and hood-panel placements are pre-mapped before production, so artwork placement is confirmed, not guessed at. Integrated with garment production, the process supports consistent branding from sampling through bulk production.

Order Workflow
FROM DEVELOPMENT
TO PRODUCTION.
A clear, no-surprise production process. Every order starts with a sample — and we have built our workflow around exactly that.
Share your Tech-Pack or tell us about your project — fit, fabric weight, color direction, embellishment, and estimated quantity. Our team will review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation based on your specifications.
Based on your Tech-Pack, we develop proto samples in available fabrics and colorways. These establish the fit, construction, and finish for your approval.
Once proto samples are approved, we develop pre-production (PP) samples — the final confirmation before the production run begins. Your signed-off PP sample becomes the QC benchmark for the full order.
Full production runs in-house with cross-batch size and quality checks at every stage. Every unit is measured and verified against your approved PP sample before packing.
Before the order ships, shipment samples are drawn from the production run for final inspection. Once confirmed, we coordinate export documentation and freight to your destination.
